When you try to raise a query in portal now, you’ll get some AI generated answer. You should get some option like ‘are you satisfied with your answer’. Give thumbs down for this and it should give the option to raise a GSD

When I do that, it gives two options
Talk to agent & Create ticket

Irony is none of them works
