In April I might be get promoted to associate from PA . If I resign before 30 April i.e pay day will I get the hiked salary or they will cancel it ?

No it will come in mid March
But as per I know the criteria is:
30 months in company
More than 60 per in billable project
Rate 3 or more than it
Learning goals should be completed
But not sure if period got changed to 36 months for old joinees
