As long as it has value to you I think you should take it... Udemy and other courses don't have any value if you are planning to add it to your resume it will just be considered as a joke. Nonetheless udemy has some great courses which you can take based on your stack, interest etc so you develop a new skill or brush up etc.

No. You can learn but as such certifications don't hold any value.
