Trending @Cognizant; Do buttery manner most in the company instead of doing your job ?
if a person knows how to speak in a buttery manner or he only knows how to celebrate birthdays then he is capable of the position and the one who is really working hard is not promoted.
Why does buttery language always work ?
What if ,you are the person who speaks without Butter or you don't want to apply butter for the sake of other happiness. It doesn't for some people ,they are doing their jobs and going to home .
For that , they receive good positions in the company and what about them who are really working hard ?
You can survive in two ways either you are excellent in your work or you do bootlicking..most bootlickers are not good in their skills hence they stick with that. It's just a survival tactic for many people. In my opinion it won't help anyone much since at the end of the day your work will take you forward and if you don't deliver you will be stuck in one place with no growth! So pay no attention and look for your growth be it out of company or project.
