On what basis they are released and we don't have the 3 months bench policy after project release?

@Brainstromer when contract doesn't renew and there's no other opportunity people are relessed from project. Earlier people used to remain on bench for 3,4 months very easily but now max you get is 50 days bench period. Most people on 52nd day have been asked to resign. There's project scarcity and no new projects are there so they are not letting people remain on bench.
