Trending @Cognizant; Did not receive the final settlement money after 45 days also
I was forced to resign on 26th March and my last working day is on 29th march They said that I'll be recieving the full payment within 45 days . 45 days are done but still the payment is on due .. I have written a mail to the support team day before yesterday , till now I did not get any reply .
Please do tell me what I need to do now ?
What about relieving and experience letters?
I'll be getting that after all the approvals are done , still there are 3 approvals pending for me .. But the time limit they mentioned is over , still I don't when I'll be receiving them
So since 29th march to mid May, you have not received your letters? And how is that normal? This is very unethical! What would an employee show to the new organization he/she joins? Where's the proof that you have already resigned from the previous organization or not? Would cognizant accept such employees themselves?

If you don't recieve it then you contact a lawyer. You need to file a complaint for illegal termination.
