Trending @Cognizant; Did anyone received e-letter? I have promoted to an associate on july 28th..!!!

Promotion was informed by PM in last week of June
Effective from 1st July
I got the Eletter merit increase in mid 3rd week if July

When did you complete 30 months?

I got it

Raised the ticket for the same and got info that we will get the e-letter by the end of this month

With 3 ratings and 30 months completed am i eligible for promotion to associate

Same i also not received and my pay also not updated yet
