Trending @Cognizant; Despite fulfilling criteria i am not getting promoted to A from PA. My HM also not sure. Can anyone tell how to get details of HR?

Whats your rating in 2024 if you got 3 and more. Then you can ask your HM, they are the person to nominate and push from their side to HR. It's not under HR, I know from my team got promotion even after didn't fulfill any criteria. There is an exception for all in corporate.
My Rating is 4. My HM says they were asked to share list just now then how others are getting refelcted in Associate 360? In Jan 2025 i went to ofc may be a week but feb and march i went 2 to 3 days a week. Some say like they get a list from HR only those will be promoted you are saying its with HM. What to do now i just want to face HR directly how can i get my HR details?
Did they exclude 30 months criteria in Exception for ur team bro’??

Check in OneCog Mobile app HR details are there
Else contact your HM's manager they will also give you HR details
But hr won't respond
mail from your HM to HR add in cc you and your HM's manager then only u will get some reply
rto is compulsory as per work model else no promotion
