Hi everyone,
I’ve heard rumors that the appraisal and promotion processes might be delayed. Initially, we were told that appraisals would happen in August, but now it seems they might be postponed even further. Does anyone have more information about this?

Expecting hike to be
3: 4%

The document they issued had a really bad tone. They told us inflation anr hike are not related and not to have Any expectations!

Postponed or not seeing their condition I wouldn't even expect much in the hike.
