I am on VPDP pool. It's 9 days aging and yet to get any project. TMP is not helping as most of the vacancy are open for home location. Is anyone on pool ? How are things? Is HR reaching and asking to resign if you are not getting projects? Any info would help. Thanks 🙏
I am also having a very hard time. None of the hiring managers are responding for open SO’s. Application is getting rejected without any communication even if the skills are matching. Some of the JD’s and expectations for M level is unrealistic.
How much time you are in pool. They say that teams will contact you once you start aging.
HR might reach u out after 35days , but they will still give u 2-3 weeks extension to look for project. Try to get into project u r getting.
Thanks. Trying hard. Not sure if really managers seeking people on pool or just doing time pass as they do not honestly respond to teams messages too.
