Even a delivery guys earns 1700 per day ( based on my experience) we guys don't even get half of it as yearly hike.

They don't deploy us in good projects. They train us in top technology and tools and make us work in Excel and word for months and years and release us in the name of cost cutting and ramp down. It's very hard to find a project in bench untill you are in manager level even if we get a project the 1st question they ask us is in which technology you have worked in 😞.

Whats happens is, we can't even go out and apply as fresher at the same time we must no go with fake experience. So whether it's my fault or the companies fault.

Better tell your siblings not to choose their career in top MNC's better let them go with startups learn and work with real technologies and let them growπŸ“ˆ

Yes. Same story. Never join MNC unless you are getting a good work profile. Especially cts. Never join cts. All this company has is support profiles and 24 *7 nonsense. Doesn't matter how much expert you become here, outside value of these skills are 0. No real development or testing as well. This company is a career destroyer
