Trending @Cognizant; CTS not good for employee

It's been 2 years with cts but I have never seen any eventz like annual day celebration, Bash parties or any type of social event for employees. It more seems like no employees friendly company.

Sounds like a tough situation. Maybe try connecting with colleagues to create your own social events or activities outside work.

Ceef program has been announced. Soon you will get more details from ur manager for an event. Last year also we celebrated in nov/Dec. Not sure how you missed it
