Hi, I would like to understand the CTS bench policy.

How many days are employees typically allowed to stay on the bench?

Once bench aging starts, after how many days will HR ask an employee to resign?

1. If I request an early release, will the company provide a 3- month salary payout?

2. If the company asks me to resign due to bench aging, will they provide a 3-month salary compensation?
