Trending @Cognizant; Criteria for PA to A promotion

I am a campus recruit and joined CTS as PA. Joined in May 2023, I wanted to know what is the eligibility criteria for getting promoted from PA to A. I heard the news in 2024 that some changes were done in criteria. Can someone tell me the new one and also whether or not I am eligible for it and also how much raise they give Thanks in advance.
