Recently I've seen some posts regarding HR asked to submit resignation and company will provide 5 months salary with full and final settlement.
Can anyone please let me know the criteria/in what scenario, we would ask for submitting the resignation by HR and will receive 5 months salary?

Is it occurred in Cognizant, I didn’t hear this considering resources are billable

I've seen this in one post, where the associate is in PDP for 60+ days. So, HR suggested like this..I want know whether there is any policy/process like this in Cognizant.
