Hi All,
I’ve been getting office roster mails since last couple of months, but due to few circumstances, I didn’t go to office.
Now recently I received an email stating that an HR will get in touch with me for the Consequence Management process.
Can anyone please share some insight or Info they have on this topic.
Consequence Management is HR's way of addressing attendance issues. They'll likely discuss your reasons for absence. Be honest and explain your situation. It’s usually a routine procedure.
It’s been already a week HR hasn’t reached put to me. What shall I do?
Another thing needs to be highlighted is that my most of the team works from either Chennai or some different locations, and my base is Bangalore.
So in any team meetings there was never a discussion on office going or something like that
So I just assumed that If no body’s asking me to come to office from our team. I have the flexibility to WFH
