Not Coimbatore. It's worse there already due to less competition from companies and employees preferring it due to proximity to their hometowns. That has already led to employees being taken advantage of with long hours and underestimated projects for years.

Also 14 hours work day is essentially close to double so let them pay double the package... Even then I don't think people are so foolish to stay back in Karnataka and work themselves to death
So essentially projects and people will move out.. if this gimmick will indeed be implemented
You cannot increase working hours just like that. Then you will have to answer International labour law. This is just politics.
