Trending @Cognizant; Confusion on PA to A promotion.

I got eligible for PA on Feb 2023 but it got reflected to my HCM portal on April 2023. So based on 30 months for Associate promotion. From when i should calculate? (either feb 2023 or April 2023?

I think it’s not about calculating 30 months from the PA promotion; it’s 30 months from the DOJ. So, 30 - 12 = 18 months from the PA promotion. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
