Just got a confirmed update regarding this year’s hike structure at Cognizant 👇 • Rating 2 → 1.5% hike • Rating 3 → 3% hike • Rating 4 → 4% hike • Rating 5 → 5% hike

This seems to be the finalized pattern for the 2024 performance cycle, effective November 2025. The difference across ratings is quite narrow this time, and many are calling it one of the most normalized hikes in recent years.

Appraisal cycle will not be normalised, next year also they might give the hike eff from Nov month.
