Before promotion quarter for 3 month u came min 10 day per month.

Utilisation is above 75%

In previous year u had 3,4 or 5 rating
Do we need to definitely meet condition 2 for A to sr.A If I didn't meet then next what can I do so that I can get promoted.
First are u about to get prom. Or not. Like when will ur prom cycle will come. Then according follow the rto to be on the safer side. But the above criteria is for Pa to A I think
For utilisation they check past 6 months utilisation from current date. So if u had less utilisation last year u can increase it in this quarter or quarter ahead.
And also if u check in go perform utilisation is mentioned like 100/75.
That means u have 100% utilisation and 75 is min to remain in green
