Trending @Cognizant; Completed 36 months in cognizant (3 years). Still no promotion due to non Billable role in project.

I have completed 4 yrs with full billing but they are not saying about promotion. Still SA. If they are willing to give they can give to those but they are giving for those who are working

Hey may be thats going to be my future if I am not going to make a move. I have been non billable from 1 year and in 6 months I'm going to complete 30 months but I guess because of the non billabilty I'm doubting now on my promotion

Look for other opportunities outside you will definitely get 2X of what you will get here after becoming Associate

Why to wait here for the promotion of Associate for just 6.5 lpa
