I have Got a new offer from Accenture (11 lpa ) having 3 yoe, But I want to upskill a move into another domain. should I stay here in cts and upskill or should I switch and then upskill?? As in new role I will have more responsibilities and expectations

Switch as fast as u can leave CTS early

For upskilling there is no dependency on company. You can upskill at any company or even at your home. Why do you think that you can upskill only in cognizant and not in accenture?

Here in my current project I don’t have much work load so I can take out the time to up-skill

Switching and upskilling in a new company is a better option

Accept the offer and resign from CTS. During notice period you can upskill and also keep applying. You will get lot of interviews in the last 3 weeks. From 6.5 to 11 is a big jump and not sure why you are in a dilemma.

Leave CTS asap.. if you want to listen to me... u got almost 80 % hike... its better to work there for 1 to 2 yrs and switch again to get good packages.
