Trending @Cognizant; Cognizant 'Prohance' tool, what do you think about it? Micro management?

It's a tool recently introduced by Cognizant to do time management like, if you're away from your system for 5 mins, it will ask and you have to provide the reason from the drop down, why you were away, why you were ideal on the system... You're commuting, you're reviewing work etc....I can't go for 5 mins bro aswell...If I'm , have to provide the reason and this tool dashboard will be available to your manager aswell, he might use this for year end rating
