I am a DevOps Engineer in CTS. Currently I have been on the bench for past 2 months. I have H1B visa, but I can't find any onsite opportunity. Shall I switch job or Find a offshore role. Pls suggest.

Please search outside and use ur H1B as a boost. Currnt project condition of Cognizant is very poor

What is ur designation/ grade..will they allowed u in bench for 2 months? Can v just search for onsite opportunities alone in bench if u have H1B..I too have H1B

I am SA , I am released from the last project to get an onsite project. I searched only onsite roles for past 2 months. But so far no onsite opportunity. Now I am forced to take an offshore role because of aging in bench.
