I have submitted my resignation this month (July). They have not paid the salary of this month , though stage 1 of clearance automation has been successfully completed before 19th of July (ie. It got completed on 16th) , yet they didn't pay me !!!!!!
Are they just going to use me as a free resource? And not pay me anything in these 90 days ?

I think you resigned this month right that's the reason they put your salary is on hold .may be you will get once full and final settlement is done .. check with your manager or if you know any HR .

When is your last date.are you in project or in bench .if you are in bench they will provide your salary after full and final settlement.
Not on bench , I am billable , yet they didn't pay me anything for this month. Basically working for free
Same bro my last working day is 26th june but still they didn't provide any full& final settlement because of this iam facing lot of problems like need to pay loans, credit card bills and house rent.....etc
