I've been onboarded onto CTS and it's been quite a while since I'm on bench. Came across a scenario where there were technical assessments for bench people and basis that employees have been fired. Can someone throw some light on this ?

Yes they are taking technical assesment and firing by saying your skills are not matching our requirements, they are providing 4 moth salary and ask for immediate release from company. Last week he call me in Bangalore office and ask me to put paper
