Hi all, I'm working for Northern Trust client and we use VDI. I am not able to access the VDI in Pune Hinjewadi Phase 1 office (non ODC)
Pune CDC Phase 3 has a ODC but I can't travel there as I have a 1 year old child and I can travel to nearest office only.
My colleagues work from Gurgaon from a non ODC office still they are able the VDI but in Pune Hinjewadi Phase 1.
How can I get the access, I want my laptop to be whitelisted and unblock the firewall.
Due to this I'm not able to travel to office and RTO is non-compliant.
Try connecting VPN, else try using different network providers like airtel, Jio, Vi.
Can't see any vpns inside cisco vpn app. How to get vpn access?
Can't use phone network, tried it but it makes the vdi very slow and frequently disconnects.
I was having same problem for other client, I have used my mobile network in non odc and it worked for me
