One week ago, my client (product based company) asked me to connect personally. We connected, he started asking about how the project is going on and bla bla related to project, then he asked me about joining the client office directly. He just asked me my willing to relocate (to Hydrabad ) and join for the client as he is impressed with my work. Then he also told my CTS manager who is working in the same project that client is taking me in their company and my manager is also ok with that.
So my question is whether it is fine or not, should I think about it and if yes then how much % hike I can ask when having discussion?? (considering current package as 7 lpa)

All the very best, bro. Just check with the company policy as I have read somewhere that we cannot directly join the clients at least an year after leaving Cognizant.
Super awesome!! Since its product based i think you can ask more. Service based itself i would say 100%. May be try with 150%.
