Why in Cognizant, every project now have mandatorily client interview, while in other companies, it is not the same scene I am observing. It's because, there is no control over client from our side?
Cognizant's project interview processs is the worst. Let me share my recent experience in J&J account. First an offshore manager took my 1 hr technical round then he said you will give client round now but guess what again offshore technical round then they say now onshore technical lead will take then they say one more lead will take then you might go for client technical round.
If you are giving 6,7 rounds for Cognizant's projects..i wonder if people go for 7 rounds outside how much they will be getting. This whole process is frustrating.
Couple of clients found out they have deployed PAT and PA stating they have 3+ yoe in required tech stack. So none of the client is trusting cts now.
