I am in PDP my aging is already 39 I have applied for 2 days casual leave for sep 5 and 6 and applied leave on sep 2 itself but still not auto approved. Will this lead to my termination

Ofcourse you can apply for leaves. If applying for longer duration, just have to inform ADP POC
