Currently I'm in PA level and I released from the current project and currently I'm on bench I applied so many projects in tmp but no response and rejected are getting and in the mean time I need to take responsibility for my sister's marriage financially and taking family in-charge and I don't know how much time I'll be on bench and I have a referral from Deloitte and ADP company for non technical role. So should I jump into that companies if I get immediate offer from that company? For package currently I getting 4.5 but if I jump into that companies I will get 7lpa as referree said to me. What's your opinion on this please reply me it's very important to my life now
If you haven't completed 2 years in the cognizant, then you should not worry till then. But Start preparing for other interviews and get the offer. After completion of 2 years if you are not in the project, they can throw you anytime.
It won't be a wise decision to jump into a non tech role. Better stay in cognizant for some time and start preparing so that you can switch to some other company.
Wait for offer to come and meanwhile prepare for .net interviews as well. If your aging has not yet started then you will be having some more time, use it to upskill yourself.
