I need to take 87 days notice period rather than 90 is it possible to ask manager is there provision to choose your last day when you resign and most importantly can we withdraw the application

You can't choose the LWD , it's calculated automatically, but you can always ask your Manager for early release and they will adjust your earnings leave and release you early.
