Trending @Cognizant; Can we stop working in Notice Period?

My nee project became toxic, even though only KTs going on and there is no dependency on me, they want me to serve 90 days NP and I’m ok with it. But, they are not even giving me sick leave, I’m so sick and asked for a leave and they want me to attend KTs and said they won’t give leaves in NP.

What happens if I stop working and take it easy or reduce my work so I can get some time to recover from all this shit I’m dealing with. The last leave I took is in May!
