Trending @Cognizant; Can we claim broadband reimbursement for previous non-claimed months
Hi all,
As per the screenshot, I have claimed the broadband reimbursement for four months: Aug, sept, Oct, Nov
And I now want to Claim this money (allowance) for my upcoming bills for the previous left over months that I didn't claimed yet.
Can I do so? Has someone tried this and what's your view will they provide the reimbursement amount?
Yes you can utilise the unclaimed months using any recent transactions. Note: transactions older than 6 months, cant be claimed
Also suppose, i already paid a bill of rs 1024 yesterday, and today I want to pay another rs 1024 from my credit card :

will this two transactions show to mark as official in upcoming months in portal differently for these two transactions.

Can i select date for June for one transaction and july for the other transaction.
Absolutely you can.. when submitting a bill select the date range where you haven't submitted
