Trending @Cognizant; Can we apply for resignation right after taking back Resignation or is there some cool down period

I'm curious about this. If someone has applied for resignation and takes it back for some reason after a while, will he be able to re submit resignation, or is there a cool down period before applying for it again? Also if the project team wants that person back and offers a salary hike or something else for taking back resignation will the person still be able to apply resignation right after taking it back?
