Trending @Cognizant; Can we accept another project if we are in any project currently?

I'm not sure why, i moved to release market place and getting pings from others projects poc's to check for the interest in project.i have checked with my home manager she is saying you'll not moved to market place and again you'll pulled to the same project.Same happened earlier.Now my question is if accept any other project offer ,from current project I will be release permanently? My current project manager will allow me ?
