Everything is logged as per your browsing and push to central server logs via your endpoint software , stay vigilant and follow policies else it will be point for violations and your manager will also not be in position to cover it up with training etc , so avoid browsing non official task on official laptop.

Absolutely, I have been using Youtube, naukri, LinkedIn,Indeed .... etc without any issue. But sometimes for few associates sites are blocked in that case raise an GSD to get it unblocked.
