Trending @Cognizant; Can someone explain me how performance rating structure is in CTS and equivalent increase in salary??

Depends on manager. But as far as I understand. Below hike% I am telling from Salesforce Department prospective. In support profiles the hikes are very poor.

Rating 1- >2% 2- 2-5% 3- 5-7% 4- 7-10% 5- ~10%

For AIA whatever i saw:

1 - No 2 - No/2% 3 - 5-7% 4- 8-12% 5 - 12-15%
