In my case in previous quarter, effective from April 1st: designation change reflected on associate 360 on April 17th and received e letter on April 22nd

Relax! If someone has confirmation that hm gave the green flag that you are promoted please expect that before July 15 tha anytime it will change and letters also will be forwarded before July 15th. And payroll will updated from July it self.

If there is no confirmation then connect with HCM or wait until July 15th if they are not responding.

Still no updates. I'm not sure why there's always so much suspense — they never provide proper updates.
