I have a seat reserved at the Manyata ODC office for three days. Since Manyata is too far away, may I visit the cognizant Kundanalli office for two days and the Manyata ODC office for one day?

Yes you can go to the Neon office and update it to your project accordingly. See if in Neon there is any ODC and get transferred to it.
