Trending @Cognizant; Can I get early release in cognizant?

I have offer in hand from xyz organisation. Before interview I told them my notice period is only 30 days, but it’s actually 90 days. And tomorrow I am gonna put my paper. Will they give me early release? There is no such that much dependency of mine. Can someone tell me how to deal with this situation? And what if they don’t give?

Heard HRs are willing to release notice period associates in a month or even less.

You can talk to your project manager, if he approves then you can, 1 month notice period is mandatory, then you can deduct your 1 month salary and leave.

Is the notice period mentioned as 90 days in your offer letter? Whatever duration mentioned in the offer is your notice period and you can reduce the leaves accumulated from your notice period as well.
