I joined Cognizant in September 2022 on the position of Associate Projects , can I ask my manager for a promotion and hike ? How much percentage hike I can expect from Cognizant?

I joined in 2021 They are still giving excuses Stating your name is not showing This quarter is now finished and bla bla bla

Ofcourse, you can.. however, as per companies policy if you served 2 years with an avg rating of 3 then you are eligible for the promotion without any ask but in corporate world you need to snatch what is yours..

I got a 5 rating for the financial year 2023-2024

Provided that you have joined in September’22 so should get promotion in Oct-November’24. Also, with a rating 5 it’s possible you could have got promoted(in April)before completion of 2 years.
You can expect 10-15% of hike on promotion.
