I heard that right now who is promoted to PA To A. All are from Q4. And a few days ago I talked with one HR and she said Q1 has not started yet. But some people are saying it is auto promotion from Q1. So, expecting at the end of the month, you will get all clarity. And those who are promoted, maybe by tomorrow they will receive an e letter.
