Greetings,
Need some genuine advice. What are the options of this buyout process in Cognizant? I've been getting rejected by many interview offers stating reasons of immediate joining and 3-month notice period.
Is there any option where I can serve the notice period for, let's say a month and offer cognizant to pay for the remaining 2 months so I can join the new organisation at the earliest?
Appreciate any help on this matter.

I don't think that is possible or allowed. If you want to move badly take a release from the project then try. If they are not releasing you from the project. If you are really confident in your skills. Put the papers in 90 days right u will get an offer easily. Don't forget to keep an emergency fund just in case.
