My manager (Cogni@@nt)won't release me until they complete the entire replacement process (find candidate, interviews, background checks, KT, shadowing, and independent work). I've received an excellent offer from a product company with 100%+ hike, but my manager insists I find my own replacement before getting a release date. Also, my bonus will be released on March 12th - should I resign before or after receiving it? Need advice on securing a firm last working day while protecting my bonus.

how are you getting offers in product company with experience from service based company

since you have not resigned already
would suggest u can still do it

because bonus is already announced and you will definitely receive it

but to be on safer side and that u have only 2 days it's better to wait and then apply your resignation. to be out of risk

That is the reason for companies to have 90 days notice period. It is a cheap trick to lock employees from jumping companies for hikes.
