Trending @Cognizant; Broadband reimbursement
Hi everyone,
I have done my payment on 2nd May using my credit card which is linked in the my pay application in one cognizant, so when will be that credit card transaction will be captured in the broadband reinvestment tab what was the date we can expect to capture and if it's not captured that credit card transaction what will be the issue? how can I raise this issue to capture that transaction. can someone help me on this please.

Till 20th of every month we should be able to see the transaction under my pay>> confirm but not paid section.. On 21st of each month u will get the refund for previous month
Thank you for your information, so 20th of every month only we are able to see the transaction, before it was not, that's what you are saying am right? We have to select our transaction right?
Between 12-20 u should be seeing .. I meant to say that 20th is last day till which u should get the transaction under my pay..if its not till 17-18 then raise ticket manually and get it there atleast till 20th as its the last date for current month else u would need to wait for another month
Do make sure you've asked your bank to map your card
Yes, I sent an e-mail to the bank as well, some of my colleagues said that it will be captured 5th of every month, if it's not shown on that day then you are not eligible, something like this he told to me. But in the index meeting the HR told everyone will get if he has a credit card transaction properly.
For me 10th of every month it will reflect in my pay to submit for reimbursement and 21st of every month(working days) it will credit to bank account
Typically the transaction gets updated on the next month 10-13 , wrt the month when u did the transaction
Oh, thank you, i made the transaction on may 2nd, actually my credit card bill was generated every month 20, after the bill generation was also able to see the transaction? In mypay
It doesn't depend on your credit card bill generation date.. If u have done the transaction this month 2nd may u told right. By June month 10-13th only u will get a notification that ur transaction is fetched from credit card and it will be mapped to mypay...
So yeah, basically it depends on the bill generation, and the bill generation date varies from card to card.. so they check it next month only.
So, May month's broadband bill gets reimbursed in june month.. cycle goes on like this
On 10th-12th of next month it takes data from 1st to 30th of previous month And you have to submit details against that transaction in mypay till 19th and on 21st you'll receive that money in your salary account

If u r not able to see in my pay >> internet reimbursement section then u manually need to raise the ticket under GSD
