I feel the same, working for last 3 years and life feels like not so happy, as a student it was fun atleast. But in work, it's politics and work only, nothing to be happy about. Also this influencer and other things affect mental health like why I chose IT, could have been doing something fun

IT Work is just one of the many means of earning money. We need money to do and buy things we like. Not every one can be entrepreneurs. I for one am surprised seeing many just constantly complaining of work like in IT. Imagine a world with out IT. No way a common man or middle class can buy or do some of the things only a rich person can do. Before IT even a Maruthi car was for only the rich. Lot of movies, influencers joke about a routine work life but one shouldn’t get disheartened. We should be happy there is a way to earn money and enjoy life.

Everyone is caught up in the rat race

That's what our society demands, eat sleep work repeat 🔁. Zombie cycle. I enjoy playing sports to forget this cycle

Take up some hobbies. Indulge in some sports or group activities. Volunteer for social causes in your organization. This will make you feel more satisfied in life.
