On Jan 1, 2026 I got promoted from PA to A. My rating is 4. What will be the bonus amount I will receive. Is it ~22k or ~45k ?

See till December the bonus will be calculated for PA role and from Jan to march it will be calculated by A role
So it will be combination of both and depends on the yearly bonus %
