It's been 1.5+ years since I joined CTS, should i expect a promotion this year. I joined as an Associate.

What about the Dipawali bonus, i don't remember getting anything other than a happy dipawali email

I joined in oct 2021.After several long talk for 1.8 years, I got a promotion this month literally after 4years.
