Trending @Cognizant; Bonus is not added in promotion
Recently My salary is revised in mypay. Now it is 5.6 lpa. People promoted in Q2 got the same. Then they got aug appraisal increment as well.
I don't see my aug appraisal in my salary.
Is cognizant removed the appraisal increment from promotion increment?

It doesn't work like this ....whenever they give promotion they will give the base package only. May be 5.6 is the base package for your bu.Guys who got promoted in July quater were lucky ones as a month later they got increment but they also got the same base package once they were promoted.Cts won't give u anything more than base package until u show them another cmpny offer.

Both are different and independent of each other. But Aug apraisal is already given in August right. Might be your promotion hike is given very less. What is your CTC in September?
